Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a high-profile data centre project based in Finland. This is a long-term contract role running until July 2027, offering the chance to work on one of the most technically advanced infrastructure builds in Europe.

Key Requirements

·Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on data centre or mission-critical projects

·Strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or CSA

Engineering

·Ability to manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration

·Familiarity with international construction standards and practices

·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·Willingness to be based in Finland for the duration of the contract

Responsibilities

·Oversee cost control and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle

·Prepare and review tender documentation and contracts

·Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure budget compliance

·Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts

·Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to senior management

Qualifications

·Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management OR Commercial Management
