Facade Quantity Surveyor

The Solution Group are currently looking for an Essex based (or willing to relocate) Quantity Surveyor, with a specialist background in all round Facade elements.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor will involve;
• Quantity Surveyor positions, dealing with Cladding, Curtain Waling, Glazing packages.
• Keeping up to date with site progress, from a commercial & progress aspect.
• Updating any programme changes regularly and efficiently.
• Keeping track of monthly application figures and and liaising with all departments.
• Keeping a balance of labour levels alongside progress & costings.
• Pricing variations and changes in line with subcontractor parameters
• Develop harmonious relationships on site at all levels.

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor with the following experience;
• Must have Quantity Surveyor experience within the Facade sector.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Must be able to communicate on a verbal and written level to a high standard.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
