Electrical Estimator

About the Company:

With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, we are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Estimator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate electrical estimates.

* Develop competitive pricing strategies by sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

* Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and tender submissions.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and designers, to deliver comprehensive bid proposals.

* Assist with value engineering initiatives to optimize project delivery while maintaining quality.

* Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients and stakeholders as required.

* Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, costs, and industry trends.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the commercial, education, or similar sectors.

* Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and regulations.

* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines.

* Full UK driving license.
