Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Logistics / Traffic Management Supervisor to oversee all aspects of site logistics, including stores management, traffic marshals (on-site and off-site), and parking coordination on a large new build site on the outskirts of Cardiff.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of traffic marshals, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and materials, and maintaining excellent site organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise traffic marshals and coordinate off-site traffic management.

Oversee stores management and deliveries.

*

Maintain safe and compliant site access routes.

*

Liaise with site management, contractors, and logistics teams.

*

Implement and maintain high standards of site safety and organisation.

Requirements:

Gold CSCS card (essential)

*

SSSTS certification

*

Previous experience in site logistics or traffic management supervision.

*

Strong organisational and communication skills.

*

Proactive and able to take initiative under pressure.
