Senior Site Manager – Fit-Out Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on a high-quality fit-out project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, and health & safety standards.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.

Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and progress reporting.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project team to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure all fit-out works are completed to specification and in line with design intent.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on commercial, education, or high-spec fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including finishes, MEP coordination, and sequencing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications required.

Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
