An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager with high end residential project experience to join a leading design and project consultancy on a major project based in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the design lead on a landmark project – collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure excellence from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the design process across all stages of the project lifecycle
Manage and interface with design teams, clients, and contractors to maintain design intent and quality standards
Review drawings, specifications, and design documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Drive efficient workflows using industry-standard tools and collaboration platformsAbout You:

Proven experience managing design delivery on high-end residential projects
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams
Highly organized, detail-driven, and adept at balancing creativity with technical precision
