Our client is a leading retail fit-out contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across prestigious high street retail brands. With a growing portfolio of blue-chip clients, they’re now looking for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to join their team and help deliver fast-paced, high-standard retail fit-outs nationwide.

The Role:

As a Fit Out Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing on-site operations from start to finish. You’ll be client-facing, confident, and capable of driving performance across your team and subcontractors to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that will suit someone with experience in high-pressure fit-out environments who thrives under tight deadlines and takes pride in quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project deadlines are met

*

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades on site

*

Maintain excellent client relationships and communication throughout projects

*

Ensure health & safety and quality standards are upheld at all times

*

Report progress, manage budgets, and deliver within strict time frames

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the retail fit-out sector

*

Trades background, ideally Joinery (Essential)

*

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

*

Ability to manage fast-track projects under pressure

*

Willingness to travel nationwide (all accommodation, food, and expenses paid)
