Due to continued growth a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy firm that has earned a reputation for excellence across the construction industry. The company provides a full range of professional services, with expertise in delivering complex and large-scale projects, particularly within the Public Sector.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work directly on major public sector framework schemes ranging from £500,000 to £(phone number removed), covering both Pre and Post Contract phases. This is a unique opportunity to manage high-impact projects that shape communities, including new builds and retrofit schemes.

Duties:

* Cost Estimating

* Procurement and Tendering

* Working with JCT Suite of Contracts

* Measurement to NRM2 Standard:

* Project Financial Control and Reporting, ensuring projects remain within budget.

* Valuations

* Risk Management

Candidate Requirements:

* Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS): Must hold Chartered status with RICS and have a proven track record in the industry.

* Must have extensive experience working on large-scale public sector projects, including new build and retrofit schemes.

* Strong Knowledge of JCT Contracts and NRM2: Experience with the JCT Suite of Contracts and measurement to NRM2 standard is required.

* Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills

* Full UK Driver’s Licence
