Quality Manager – Construction / Award Winning Tier 1 Contractor

Role: Quality Manager

Location: Bristol based office

Salary: £70,000 – will tailor package dependant upon the individual's experience

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about driving excellence across major construction projects? Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of large-scale schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality management, design management, or planning — with a solid track record on large-scale projects within sectors such as education, healthcare, or commercial and must have experience with 4D Models.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Based out of the Bristol office and covering sites across the Southwest, you’ll take ownership of ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved throughout the project life-cycle.

* Conducting site visits and quality audits across multiple live projects

* Implementing and driving quality management processes and improvements

* Liaising with site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance and best practice

* Preparing and managing ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)

* Supporting bid and logistics planning through the development of 4D model

* Collaborating closely with design, planning, and delivery teams to embed quality from day one

Key Requirements for the Quality Manager role:

* Proven experience managing quality on major construction projects

* Knowledge of auditing, compliance, and ITP processes

* Ability to produce and interpret 4D models for bids and logistics planning

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence

* Full UK driving licence

* Establish systems, structure, and discipline needed to ensure consistency and confidence in reporting across the unit
