Project Director

The Company:

A successful Construction Group are seeking a Project Director in Manama, Bahrain. The company are engaged in civil engineering and building works, with expertise in commercial, residential and hotel projects.

Description / Role:

* Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a major building construction project, ensuring alignment with client objectives, specification, terms and conditions of the contract.

* Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets to meet business goals.

* Oversee contracting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project.

* Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution.

* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the project.

* Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

* Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

* Resolve any contractual dispute may rise during execution.

Requirements:

* A strong background in construction management with Tier 1 Main Contractors.

* Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.

* Expertise in contracting and procurement processes.

* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.

* Degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a Masters in the same field or Construction Management.

* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP).

* Grade A CRPEP registration (or eligibility).
