Working Supervisor – Fire Door Projects Location: Southeast London / Kent
Rate: £230 per day
Contract: Long-term, 3-month rolling
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Weekly (every Friday)
About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Working Supervisor to oversee and deliver fire door remedial and installation projects across a variety of sites, including schools and public buildings.
You’ll be hands-on with installs and remedials while managing a small team on site to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and work alongside installation teams on fire door remedials and installs
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and quality standards
Carry out site inspections and progress reporting
Liaise with project managers and site contacts
Maintain a safe and productive working environment
Requirements: ? Proven experience with fire door installation and remedials
? Previous site supervision or lead installer experience
? Full UK driving licence, own car, and tools
? Good understanding of health & safety on site
? Ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality workmanship
Desirable (but not essential):
IPAF qualification
NVQ Level 2 (Joinery / Carpentry or equivalent)
