We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a solid roofing background – someone who can lead from the front, manage complex roofing packages, and deliver excellence on every project.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day site operations on large-scale façade and roofing projects

Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery

Upholding the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and workmanship

Liaising closely with clients, project managers, and design teams

Driving progress on specialist roofing systems from start to finish

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in flat and pitched roofing systems, including:

Flat Roofing: Built-Up Felt (BUR), Liquid-Applied Systems, Single Ply Membranes (PVC), Hot Melt, Mastic Asphalt, Inverted Roofs

Pitched Roofing: Slate, Clay & Concrete Tile, Metal, Shingle, Profiled & Standing Seam Systems, Fibre Cement Sheeting

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate site teams

Excellent communication and organisational ability

A background within facades, cladding, or roofing projects is essential
