Our client has a multidisciplinary team of experts that spans diverse fields, including civil and structural engineering, water engineering, building services engineering, project management, building surveying, town planning, environmental specialists, and asset management. With a presence in over 400 locations worldwide, they combine the resources of a multibillion-worth company with a client-focused approach.
Your new role
The talented Quantity Surveyor – Civils will join the Water Team in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create pricing schedules for data collection
- Analyse data to establish data points
- Update existing CAPEX and OPEX models
- Develop and benchmark reference classes
- Collect and review indirect cost data
What you’ll need to succeed
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles and a keen interest in water engineering.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work under the supervision of experienced engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in CAPEX and OPEX.
