What you’ll do

As Commercial Manager, you will:

Produce accurate and timely regional accounts and forecasts in line with the business five-year plan.

*

Lead on all commercial activities, including forecasting, reporting, procurement, and cost management.

*

Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and compliantly.

*

Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team, supporting their professional growth and development.

*

Drive and implement commercial strategies that support revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.

*

Manage subcontractor and materials procurement, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practice.

What we’re looking for

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

*

Proven experience in a commercial management position within the residential housebuilding industry.

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a commercial team.

*

Excellent financial acumen with the ability to prepare, analyse and report on forecasts and budgets.

*

Full UK driving licence.

You’ll be a confident communicator, commercially astute, and proactive in identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
