About the Role:
Our client, a leading Tier 1 main contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a high-quality residential apartment development in the Leeds area. This is a long-term freelance opportunity (minimum 12 months) to work with one of the UK’s top construction companies, delivering a major project from start to completion.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

*

Oversee quality control, health & safety, and all site documentation.

*

Liaise with the project team and client representatives.

*

Drive progress and maintain a positive, productive site environment.

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential or mixed-use schemes.

*

Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
