Document Controller (12 Month FTC)
Our client is a well-established construction company offering bespoke joinery solutions for commercial and residential project across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team, based in Oxford.
This role is often fast-paced, requiring an individual who can simultaneously manage multiple projects whilst supporting their project delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have O&M or Document Control experience, along with knowledge of Aconex, Procore, Asite, however training can be given. You must be competent in Outlook, Word and Excel, and be someone who can learn new systems with confidence.
Main Responsibilities are but not limited to:
* Producing and processing Operation and Maintenance Manuals
* Assist and support our Document Control Team
* Coordinating project information between internal teams and external customers
* Assist in the continuous improvement of systems and processes company wide
* Ensure all documentation leaving the company is set out and correctly detailed with dates, revisions – to meet company standards
* Printing drawings and paperwork for various sites
* Issue all documents (Samples, Technical Submittals, RFI’s Reports etc) and drawings following the correct procedures
* Converting and issuing As Built drawings to ensure project completion is met
* Support the production and processing of site-based documentation
* Uploading or downloading documents and drawings onto or from the various web-based systems (Aconex, Project+, Asite, Procore, Viewpoint, Glider etc).

* Ability to work as an active team member whilst equally comfortable working alone
