With project values typically ranging from £20k up to £1.7m, they pride themselves on providing high-quality installations and professional project delivery across London and the surrounding areas.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join the team, focusing on mechanical works for CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth delivery of all mechanical works.

*

Manage and coordinate site labour, including air conditioning, plumbing, and associated trades.

*

Conduct and lead regular site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

*

Prepare and review monthly valuations and progress reports.

*

Implement and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).

*

Monitor project programme to ensure key milestones are achieved.

*

Liaise closely with the commercial and design teams to maintain quality and compliance.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an M&E or Mechanical Project Manager, ideally within the CAT A/B fit-out sector.

*

Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services.

*

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London.
