Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team on a long-term project in Great Yarmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable contractor, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Supervising site operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of works.
*
Managing and coordinating trades, labourers, and subcontractors.
*
Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
*
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety checks.
*
Monitoring progress, reporting issues, and liaising with site management.
*
Maintaining site documentation and records as required.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Supervisor / Site Supervisor on construction projects.
*
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate (essential).
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
Excellent understanding of health & safety on site.
*
Right to work in the UK.
