As their pipeline of projects continues to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site teams and drive excellence across multiple developments.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of residential construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee planning, budgeting, procurement, and on-site delivery — ensuring that all work meets client expectations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of multiple residential construction projects.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor progress and address risks, delays, or design changes proactively.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with stakeholders.
Drive a culture of quality, efficiency, and accountability across all teams.
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential construction sector.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black card), and First Aid certification required.
Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Full UK driving licence.
