Salary: Up to £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits
About the Company
We're working with a leading luxury residential house builder renowned for delivering exceptional one-off bespoke homes across Hampshire, Surrey and the Home Counties. With projects typically ranging from £2m to £10m, each scheme is individually designed and built to the highest standard for discerning private clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple bespoke projects, managing all commercial aspects from start to finish.
The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of super-prime residential builds, working closely with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all commercial activities on bespoke residential projects (£2m-£10m).
Prepare and monitor cost plans, budgets, valuations and final accounts.
Procure and manage subcontract packages and tender analysis.
Administer JCT contracts and ensure strong cost control throughout.
Build lasting relationships with clients and consultants, maintaining a professional and proactive approach.
Produce accurate monthly reports and forecasts for senior management. About You:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Proven experience delivering high-end or bespoke residential projects.
Strong working knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident in client-facing environments.
Detail-oriented, commercially astute, and proactive in problem solving. What's on Offer:
