About the Role

A leading specialist contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator or Senior Estimator with experience in façades, structural glass, or curtain walling. You will prepare accurate tenders, analyse technical drawings, liaise with suppliers, and support the pre-construction team across a range of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

*

Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

*

Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations

*

Identify project risks and opportunities

*

Work closely with design and project teams during pre-construction

About You

*

Experience in façade, structural glass, curtain walling, or a similar discipline

*

Understanding of high-rise concrete frame projects, glass specs, and loadings

*

Strong analytical and numerical skills

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team
