Role Overview
The position offers exposure to all stages of cost management and project delivery within a structured, professional environment. Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will support cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract duties across a range of projects. The role provides direct mentorship and full APC support toward RICS chartership.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost estimates, feasibility studies, and elemental cost plans
Support tender preparation, analysis, and reporting
Contribute to contract administration, interim valuations, and final accounts
Attend client and site meetings under supervision
Maintain project documentation and assist with cost reporting
Work proactively towards APC submission and RICS qualificationEssential Requirements

BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Experience working in a PQS environment
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Clear written and verbal communication
Motivated, detail-focused, and committed to professional growth
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UKDesirable Requirements

Prior internship or work experience in a consultancy or construction setting
Familiarity with CostX, Bluebeam, or MS Excel
Awareness of procurement routes and current construction methodologies
Clear ambition to achieve chartered status with RICS or CIOBBenefits and Career Development

Starting salary of £35,000 – £45,000
