Improver

Clements Young are currently looking to recruit an experienced Improver to join an ongoing project in Greenwich. This involves 2nd fix new build apartments, trunking, consumer units etc. You can find further details below.

Location: Kidbrooke
Duration: 3 months- End of January/February 2026
Hours: 07:30am – 16.00pm (8 hours paid)
Rate: £22.50 per hour / £180 per day
Work Type: 2nd fix
Required: ECS card – Level 2 and 3
Start: ASAP
