About Us
We are a well-established contractor specialising in high-quality public realm, landscaping, highway, and civil engineering projects. Working across both the public and private sectors, we deliver everything from small-scale local developments to complex, multi-million-pound schemes.
Our integrated approach brings together design, construction, and delivery expertise under one roof, allowing us to remain agile, efficient, and responsive to our clients’ needs. We take pride in combining technical excellence with a collaborative, hands-on mindset, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest possible standard.
As we continue to expand our operations into the South West — with a new office opening in Axminster — we are now looking to strengthen our commercial and estimating capabilities by bringing in a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Estimator.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction estimating and commercial management. We are less focused on finding someone with years of experience and more interested in finding the right person — someone with a good attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in the construction industry.
Working alongside an experienced Estimating and Commercial team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full estimating process, helping prepare tenders, cost plans, and quotations for a range of civil engineering and landscaping projects.
