Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 5+ years post graduation (facade experience preferred but not
critical)
Office Location: Salford (Hybrid)

An exciting up and coming company within the Facade industry that focus on Cladding and Remeditation projects.

Role Overview: An exciting opportunity to join our commercial team and support
the business in managing its recladding and new-build projects

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute cost plans and cashflows
– Assess and manage valuation accounts, including variations
– Identify areas for margin optimisation
– Report and forecast CVRs
– Procure and manage sub-contractor accounts
– Support the estimating team at tender stage

Required Skills / Experience:
– BSc Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
– Experience of working with D&B contracts
– Sound understanding of commercial management practices
– Excellent team working, communication and time management skills
– Strong interpersonal skills to support client and sub-contractor relationships
– Willingness to continuously upskill and develop within the business
– Strong IT skills
