Contract Site Supervisor – Interior Partitioning & Fit-Out (Central London)

Connect Grp UK Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established interior partitioning and fit-out specialist based in Central London. This is a long-term contract role until March 2026, offering a competitive day rate and opportunities for overtime. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in site supervision within interior fit-out projects, particularly in drylining and partitioning. Key Requirements

Valid CSCS Card and SSSTS or SMSTS certification

Practical experience in interior partitioning, drylining, or fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of partitioning systems such as stud walls and glass partitioning

Experience in site management, supervising teams, and maintaining quality standards

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the quality assurance process, including snag reports, glass surveying, and collecting BRE evidence

Monitor progress on-site, assess room readiness, and ensure projects stay on schedule

Manage and supervise installation teams and labourers, addressing any performance issues

Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Conduct site inspections, compile documentation, and attend design and build meetings (DABs) for project updates
