They are currently seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to become part of their team in Birmingham.

Contribute to the delivery of a variety of significant projects from initial concept through to completion
Prepare and develop designs from planning stages to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender documentation, and working drawing packages
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality design and technical outputsSkills and experience required for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Completion of RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
Relevant post-Part 1 experience within a UK-based practice
Strong proficiency in Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Excellent design, drafting, and visualisation skills
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational abilities
