You want more scope than a project-by-project role. You want client time, work-winning, and a real say in how a studio runs. This role gives you that platform.

You will nurture relationships, help open doors, and turn opportunities into live work. You will shape bids and frameworks, manage the pipeline with seniors, and guide teams so that delivery and margin stay on track. You will still keep a hand in design and technical, but with the headroom to influence how things get done.

The practice works across healthcare, education, commercial, MOD and more. The team is not huge. That means quick decisions, visible impact, and the freedom to make the role your own.

There is a clear path to senior leadership. If you want to grow toward Director, the route exists, and the expectation is progression based on impact.

Salary and package will be discussed on a call.

You will suit this if you can point to projects delivered, clients retained, and revenue influenced. You know how to balance design ambition with programme, risk and cost.

You are comfortable in front of clients and confident in coordinating internal teams to a decision.
