BMS Controls /SCADA Engineer (Static)
If you are an experienced BMS controls engineer and fed up of travelling this could be the perfect opportunity to move away from that. My Client now has an exciting opportunity for a BMS Engineer to join their team at a prestigious site. The role is working on a Monday to Friday basis – 40 hours per week. It will predominantly involve monitoring highly automated equipment/plant/hvac.
PPMs & Reactive maintenance and providing support to the M&E maintenance team if required as well as supporting the projects team in the design, commissioning and installation projects.
Responding to system monitoring alarms for mechanical and electrical systems (i.e. power electrical distribution systems, control systems, voice and data systems and refrigeration etc)
Summary of Post:
Starting Salary £50,000 to £55,000
Monday to Friday – 40 Hours (With possibility of occasional hybrid)
25 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holidays (with option to buy 5 more holidays)

Essential:
-Experience in Building Controls environment
-Background in Electrical Engineering
-DDC/PLC controls to Interrogation level
-HVAC Control / HVAC Theory
-Fault finding of Panel wiring diagrams
-Calibration of field equipment
-Fault finding of Software flow diagrams Understand
Desirable:
Worked/trained in leading Building Management Controls by the following manufactures: Siemens, Trend 963, Schneider, Johnsons, Sauter, ABB, CMR or Honeywell
-Understanding of DDC/PLC controls to a programming level
-Understanding of SCADA
-Instrumentation and/or Controls Calibration
-Fire Alarm Systems
-CCTV Systems
-Security Systems
-Vacuum Drainage Systems
-Design and set up of PPM regime
-Quality Assurance
