The Role
This is a field-based position, travelling between client sites in and around London. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard fibre and copper cabling services across both data centres and office environments.
Your Responsibilities

Install, terminate, and test fibre (single-mode & multi-mode) and copper (Cat5e/6/6a) cabling
*
Complete patching, labelling, and documentation to professional standards
*
Perform rack & stack: installing servers, switches, PDUs, cabinets, and hardware
*
Work confidently with conduit, trunking, tray, ladder rack, and all containment systems
*
Conduct site visits, surveys, and troubleshooting as required
*
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality installations
*
Represent the company professionally while travelling from job to job
Experience Required
*
Proven experience working in multiple data centre environments
*
Strong fibre & copper installation, termination, and testing experience
*
Familiarity with Fluke or similar certification equipment
*
Experience with structured cabling standards and containment systems
*
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
*
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Working Hours
*
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
*
Overtime available for evening/weekend work when required
