Contracts Manager
This principal contractor is a progressive, people focused business that is now seeking experienced Contracts Managers to help deliver major facade remediation schemes. With head office in Portsmouth and a secured pipeline of work stretching into 2028, you will be joining a stable, cash rich organisation that is actively investing in its people, its technology and the future of safer, better built environments. For at least the next two years, projects will be concentrated around Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield.
You will be overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects with values up to £22 million, spanning residential towers, stadiums, commercial buildings and public sector assets. Many of these schemes are technically complex and delivered in challenging or sensitive environments. The business has built strong, long term partnerships with blue chip clients and is widely respected for its technical expertise and reliability.
As the company targets its next phase of growth, there is a clear plan to scale with purpose and exceed £60 million turnover this year. Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits
Salary: £65,000 – £95,000 (DOE)

Contracts Manager Requirements
Minimum 5 years' specific experience in envelope cladding.

Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health and safety regulations.
Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites.
