Calibre Search are currently working alongside an award-winning architectural practice based in Leeds who are looking to add a Principal Designer to their established team.

With studios in Leeds and London, this practice have been creating lasting, sustainable architecture for over 50 years and have developed a strong reputation for their people-centred approach to design.

Working across sectors including BTR & residential, workplace, education, heritage and hospitality, they continue to deliver transformational projects that enhance towns and cities across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key compliance role, ensuring projects meet Building Regulations and CDM requirements whilst working alongside a talented and diverse team on high-quality, award-winning schemes.

To confirm, ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM 2015 requirements.
Experience acting as Principal Designer on projects across multiple sectors.
Proven ability to manage health and safety throughout design and construction phases.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with design teams, contractors and clients.
