Contracts Manager Opportunity: Design & Build Facilities 🛠️
We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager in Oxfordshire to deliver specialised design & build projects for controlled environments. This is a hands-on operational role, working across client sites and offices
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
Extensive experience leading complex design & build projects.
Proven project management skills.
Experience with NEC & JCT contracts.
Detailed understanding of HVAC systems.
Commercial astuteness.
Higher education/BEng in Construction/Project Management or Engineering discipline.
Full UK driving license
Core Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of projects, managing risks, schedule, and budget.
Commercial: Lead all commercial aspects from initial design fees to overall capital cost.
Client Management: Be the key client contact and develop long-term relationships.
