We are now recruiting for a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to take full operational responsibility for a major £30m MOD project based in Lakenheath.

About the Company

The Role

As the operational lead on a flagship MOD scheme, you will:

Oversee the full lifecycle of a £50m project

Drive delivery, performance, and programme control

*

Lead client engagement and ensure exceptional communication

*

Work closely with an established, high-performing senior leadership team

Ideal Candidate

*

Experience within the Defence/MOD sector is advantageous but not essential

*

Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects (£30m+)

*

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

*

Ability to drive performance, motivate teams, and ensure high standards on site
