Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE Project: £30m Residential Development – 180+ Units (Mix of Conversion & New Build)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team on a flagship £30m residential project in Portsmouth. This exciting scheme involves both conversion and new build elements, delivering over 180 high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control across multiple phases

*

Oversee procurement, contracts, and subcontractor negotiations

*

Provide accurate reporting and financial advice to senior management

*

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

About You

*

Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale residential projects

*

Strong knowledge of both conversion and new build processes

*

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS membership desirable)

*

Ambitious, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
