Contracts Manager (Passive Fire Protection)

CTR Construction is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a specialist in Passive Fire Protection based in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation in the sector, managing a range of fire protection projects across the UK.

About the role:
You’ll oversee multiple live projects (typically 4–5 at a time) with around 15 operatives, managing operations from pre-construction through to completion. The role will involve 2–3 days per week in the head office and travel to sites across Kent, Essex, London, and sometimes Nationwide.

️ Projects: Passive Fire Protection – fire doors, structural fire protection, fire stopping, air sealing, insulation & composite fire-rated walling

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

Package: Company car & fuel card, phone, laptop, travel expenses

Start Date: 5th January 2026

Requirements:

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Passive Fire Protection or related sector

*

Strong pre-construction knowledge – able to price, plan, and win work

*

Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams

*

Valid SMSTS and CSCS

*

Excellent organisational and client-facing skills
