Key Responsibilities

Generates new business across high-demand sectors including logistics, manufacturing, education, sports, aviation, and commercial environments.

Builds and maintains long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Delivers tailored proposals for temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent modular building solutions.

Conducts site visits and collaborates with technical, operational, and project teams to create accurate solutions.
*
Manages the sales pipeline, CRM activity, reporting, and forecasting.
Candidate Profile
*
Strong B2B business development or technical sales background (modular buildings, construction, or industrial solutions advantageous).
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*
Confident working with Operations Directors, Facilities Managers, and procurement teams.
*
Commercially focused, self-motivated, and target-driven.
*
Willing to travel nationally as required.
