Pro Staff Construction

Pro Staff Construction are supporting a construction subcontractor who are delivering works on a major power station project in Leiston. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a minimum 12-week contract starting January 2026.

You’ll take a key role on site, driving Health & Safety, leading the programme of works, and ensuring all activities are delivered to the required standards. A strong design background is important, and while roofing or cladding experience is beneficial, it is not essential.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction
• Strong H&S focus and ability to lead site operations
• Good design and technical understanding
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
• Ability to pass a DBS / background check
