We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team on a flagship £30m residential project in Portsmouth. This exciting scheme involves both conversion and new build elements, delivering over 180 high-quality homes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

All commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control across multiple phases

Oversee procurement, contracts, and subcontractor negotiations

*

Provide accurate reporting and financial advice to senior management

*

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

🎯 About You

*

Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale residential projects

*

Strong knowledge of both conversion and new build processes

*

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (RICS membership desirable)
