Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading name in data centre solutions, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin on a permanent basis. This role is central to the commercial management of a major data centre project in Dublin 15, providing a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure work packages from drawings and apply rates to develop package pricing
Manage the project budget under the direction of the Project Director
Oversee relevant client communications
Compile and submit monthly reports in adherence to procedures
Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings
Resolve disputes effectively between clients and subcontractors
Ensure timely submission of claims and notices in line with contract terms
Document cost changes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical proficiency
Experience in the data centre sector is advantageous
