We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee retail development projects, including refurbishment and developer shell works. The successful candidate will act as the number one on site, managing trades and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead site operations as the primary manager, ensuring smooth delivery of construction projects.
Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Report progress to senior stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams.
Support the development of future projects as part of a growing team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the food retail and supermarket sector
Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card certifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.
Flexibility to travel, with projects primarily based in the South West but occasional travel required.
Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across teams.
Package
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + package
