The Role
We are looking for an ambitious M&E Coordinator with 3 or 4 years’ experience preferably with an electrical or mechanical bias to join our Building Services team. In this role, you will work closely alongside the regional Building Services Managers, gaining exposure to high-profile projects, learning best practices, and developing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of M&E services across a variety of public & private sector projects.
*
Coordinate and monitor mechanical and electrical activities on site, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and programme requirements.
*
Liaise with subcontractors, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
*
Assist the Building Services Managers with planning, reporting, and technical coordination.
*
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing ideas and best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
*
3–4 years of experience in an M&E coordinating, Management or building services role, ideally with electrical or mechanical main contractor, consultant or Sub-contractor
*
Strong organisational and communication skills.
*
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a regional team.
*
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and stakeholders.
*
A commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
