Our fast growing client operating throughout Surrey, Berkshire and Sussex, are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join the team. Role Overview:

– Location: Based in Surrey
– Team Structure: Reporting to a Technical Manager and Head of Technical
– Responsibilities: Manage the build phase of a new development in Sussex, responding to site queries, as well as contributing to the design stages of a new development in Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate technical aspects of development projects, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
– Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
– Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress against project plans.
– Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
– Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and any potential risks.

Skills and Experience Required:

– Proven experience in a technical coordination or project management role, ideally for a house builder in the South East.
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
– Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field are highly desirable.
