Groundworks Foreman (Residential)

Groundworks Foreman required in Southampton.

Our client is a reputable groundworks contractor, specializing in residential new build sites, due to several contract wins they are now looking for a Groundworks Foreman to join their team on a self-employed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on site
Supervise and coordinate groundworks teams, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Maintain site records and report progress regularly

Requirements:

Relevant Groundworks Experience (residential new build projects preferred)
CSCS Card (essential)
SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
CPCS/NPORS Machine Tickets (preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
