Site Manager Needed – 10-Week Project in Southampton

I am recruiting on behalf of a reputable client who is delivering a 10-week roof oversheeting project in Southampton. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations and ensure the project runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

Project Type: Roof overseeing / roofing refurbishment management

Start: Wednesday 19th November

🔧 Responsibilities

*

Overseeing all on-site activities and subcontractors

*

Managing health & safety, site paperwork, and daily reports

*

Ensuring project milestones are met

*

Coordinating deliveries and site logistics

*

Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organised site

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

First Aid (essential)

*

Fire Marshall Certification

*

Banksman / Traffic Marshal

*

Telehandler ticket (advantageous)

*

Strong background in managing roofing or refurbishment works

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Rate: Competitive (DOE)
