Quality Manager

My client is a tier one developer in search of a Regional Quality Manager, to be based from their Milton Keynes head office, and oversee projects located in Hertfordshire, Oxford, Milton Keynes itself and Birmingham.

All the developments are at the very start, giving the person who comes in full ownership and autonomy. 

The role will involve reporting directly into the construction director across the above projects, to assist the project teams to implement the businesses management system so that homes are built to be safe and to the highest standards. This will be achieved by compliance testing and assisting projects to identify and implement improvements in design, procurement and construction processes that are required to achieve the objectives of the QMS.
