Project Manager

A respected property consultancy in Manchester is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing North West team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering schemes across retail, leisure, residential and office sectors. The Project Manager will take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of a broad portfolio of work, depending on sector experience. This role is ideal for a Project Manager looking to broaden their exposure while being supported by a strong leadership team.

The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of schemes from feasibility to handover, supporting client objectives while managing key project milestones. The Project Manager will also contribute to business development, client engagement and team coordination.

The Project Manager

2+ years' consultancy project management experience

Sector exposure in one or more: retail, leisure, residential or office

Relevant degree and ideally working towards chartership

Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery mindset

Understanding of JCT/NEC contracts
