Project Manager
A dynamic consultancy based in central Bristol is looking to appoint a Chartered Project Manager with proven consultancy experience. The Chartered Project Manager will work across a range of exciting schemes, with strong support from senior leadership and access to flagship developments throughout the South West.
This is an ideal role for a Chartered Project Manager seeking greater autonomy and the chance to build client relationships across education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. The Chartered Project Manager will benefit from clear promotion targets and strong team culture.
The Chartered Project Manager's role
The Chartered Project Manager will manage projects across pre and post-contract stages, with responsibilities covering contract administration, progress reporting, risk analysis and budget control. They will also contribute to team development and mentoring of junior staff.
The Chartered Project Manager
MRICS or MAPM essential
3+ years' consultancy project management experience
Broad sector knowledge – education, commercial, healthcare or residential
Confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills
Experience using JCT/NEC contracts
