Key Responsibilities:

Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors

Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality

Maintain health & safety compliance on-site

Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams

Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors

Knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S standards
