We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor for my client in Chichester. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building projects. As a key client facing member of the team, they’ll work hand-in-hand with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring each project to life on time, on budget, and beautifully executed.
Requirements:
Experience in high-end and high-spec residential builds
Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills
Knowledge of building and construction processes
Experience in project management and contract administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Proficiency in construction management software
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
