​Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

My Client is an ambitious and motivated company specialising in high end construction who are always looking to spot talent and employ people who share our passion. Our success depends on maintaining an excellent client experience while building on time and to budget.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor for my client in Chichester. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building projects. As a key client facing member of the team, they’ll work hand-in-hand with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring each project to life on time, on budget, and beautifully executed.

Requirements:

Experience in high-end and high-spec residential builds

Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills

Knowledge of building and construction processes

Experience in project management and contract administration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Proficiency in construction management software

Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
